Returns Policy

Not happy with your product?  It wasn't the right size?  Not what you ordered or it arrived damaged?  Return it to us and we'll give you a full refund or exchange it for something else.  Whatever makes you happy!

Return Instructions:

  • Please return items in new and unused condition.
  • In the return package include the customer receipt (it came with the package) and all original materials included with the shipment.
  • You may use the original packaging to ship it back.
  • Add a note on the customer receipt indicating:
    • The reason for the return: Not the right size?  Damaged product?  Not what you ordered?
    • If you would prefer an exchange, indicate which product you would like us to ship to you.
    • Or if you would like your money back, please write Give me my money back!
  • Mail the item back to us at:

  • Once we receive your return your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card (or original payment method).  Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be posted on your account.
  • If it is an exchange you are wanting, indicate what new product you would like, and we'll ship it out to you right away.
  • If the return is our error or the product is broken or damaged, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges, and we'll feel really bad.
