  • Shipping and Returns

    • What is our return policy?

      Not happy with your product?  It wasn't the right size?  Not what you ordered or it arrived damaged?  Return it to us and we'll give you a full refund or exchange it for something else.  Whatever makes you happy!

      Return Instructions:

      • Please return items in new and unused condition.
      • In the return package include the customer receipt (it came with the package) and all original materials included with the shipment.
      • You may use the original packaging to ship it back.
      • Add a note on the customer receipt indicating:
        • The reason for the return: Not the right size?  Damaged product?  Not what you ordered?
        • If you would prefer an exchange, indicate which product you would like us to ship to you.
        • Or if you would like your money back, please write Give me my money back!
      • Mail the item back to us at:

      • Once we receive your return your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card (or original payment method).  Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be posted on your account.
      • If it is an exchange you are wanting, indicate what new product you would like, and we'll ship it out to you right away.
      • If the return is our error or the product is broken or damaged, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges, and we'll feel really bad.

      Most orders ship USPS First Class Mail, so please expect to receive your order in 4-5 business days. However, some of our products are custom made, so please expect up to 2 weeks to receive any custom made orders.

      Need it faster? For UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air service, please email or call us so we can quote you a price. Prices vary depending on geographic location.

    • I'm not a runner. What do all these terms mean?

      5K - 3.1 miles

      10K - 6.2 miles

      Half Marathon - 13.1 miles

      Marathon - 26.2 miles

      50K - 31 miles

      Fartlek - It's not what you think.  It is a Swedish term meaning speed play.  For runners it is an interval training method that uses bursts of speed to build strength and speed.
